Introduction

Embarking on my internship journey at Abhyaz as an HR Executive was both thrilling and nerve-wracking. The prospect of gaining real-world experience in the field of Human Resources Management excited me, and from the very first day, I knew it was going to be a transformative experience.

First Day Impressions:

The first day at Abhyaz set a positive tone for my entire internship. An informative orientation session was conducted, providing a comprehensive overview of the company's culture, values, and expectations. This session not only helped me acclimate to the work environment but also fostered a sense of belonging.

Getting Acquainted with HRMIS Software:

One of the highlights of my internship was the opportunity to dive into Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) software. I gained hands-on experience with platforms like Zoho, which proved to be an invaluable learning experience. Navigating through Zoho and understanding its functionalities enhanced my technical skills and gave me a deeper understanding of how technology can streamline HR processes.

Guidance from Mentor:

Throughout my internship, I was fortunate to have Rashmita Parichha as my mentor. Her guidance and insights into the intricacies of HR practices were instrumental in shaping my learning curve. Regular meetings with her provided me with a platform to seek advice, discuss challenges, and receive constructive feedback.

Responsibilities and Recurring Tasks:

My responsibilities as an HR Executive intern at Abhyaz included handling recurring tasks that are essential to maintaining the efficiency of HR operations. These tasks ranged from data entry to updating employee records, allowing me to understand the importance of attention to detail in HR functions.

 

Involvement in Projects:

One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was the opportunity to work on various projects.
