From day one, the dynamic landscape at Abhyaz unfolded before me, revealing the intricacies of technology and its practical applications. My skills underwent significant refinement, thanks to hands-on experiences with tools like Zoho Writer, Lumi, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics. Additionally, I actively contributed to two significant projects during my tenure.
Project Highlights
Project 1: Implementation of Leads Module and Lead Dashboard in Zoho CRM
My responsibilities included configuring the Leads Module and creating a Lead Dashboard in Zoho CRM. This task provided valuable insights into the functionality of the platform, enhancing my technical expertise.
Project 2: Documentation for Configuring Contact Module and Account Module in Zoho CRM
Creating comprehensive documentation for configuring the Contact and Account Modules in Zoho CRM was another challenging yet rewarding project. This task required attention to detail and a thorough understanding of the CRM's capabilities.Task Responsibilities
In the realm of Product Development and Delivery, I undertook the responsibility of working on four impactful use cases for the Skillon Petfood Project. This involved delving into the architecture, installations, and upgrades of Zoho applications, providing me with a holistic understanding of their use cases and functionalities.
Tools Used
The journey involved mastering tools such as Zoho Writer, Lumi, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Analytics. Initially challenging, these tools became indispensable in translating ideas into compelling visual representations. Their features, from a diverse array of fonts to motion elements, made my tasks efficient and visually appealing.
Work Environment
Abhyaz's positive and comfortable virtual work environment eased my transition into remote intern life. The guidance from mentors and the Bench Project Team played a crucial role in navigating the complexities of a virtual office, while engaging in various projects honed my creative thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
