About My tenure at Abhyaz As a System Admin Intern

As an intern at Abhyaz, I refined my technical skills and gained clarity on my future career possibilities. The internship has been a fantastic journey marked by operational excellence. My skill set was substantially expanded by engaging with tools like Moodle and Zoho One Systems and participating in content creation and training operations. I am grateful to my mentors and team for their patient guidance and invaluable insights. Exploring the fascinating world of Zoho applications and Moodle architecture. By interacting with actual tasks, I gained a greater understanding. Working on team projects exposed me to the intricacies of Moodle architecture and Zoho applications and tools. The challenges I encountered were exhilarating, pushing my skills and knowledge to the limit.

Continuing with my tasks, I had the opportunity to prepare presentations on Zoho tools and courses and create documents detailing specific Moodle upgrades. Using ZohoShow and Lumi, tools specifically designed for creating presentations, I created another exciting project. An ongoing project I worked on involved the implementation of AI plugins in Moodle, using RPA tools, and Moodle installations. As a result of the diverse use of creatives and content throughout the project, I gained practical experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and delivering presentations, providing practical knowledge of how to effectively communicate complex information.

Each tool, including Docs, ZohoShow, and Lumi, was crucial in helping me create my work. Although initially, I had difficulty grasping their complexities, I found these tools extremely easy to use as my knowledge grew. These platforms offer a comprehensive array of resources, including a wide range of fonts, styles, and elements, facilitating the completion of work with ease. These platforms streamlined processes, making tasks efficient and fast to complete. Features such as adding motion to elements, texts, or slide transformation enhance the creative aspect of the work. Overall, these tools serve as a transformative force, allowing ideas and thoughts to be transformed seamlessly into compelling visual representations.

There is a positive and comfortable work environment at Abhyaz. Navigating the complexity of a virtual office initially seemed challenging, but the guidance provided by mentors and seniors made it much more manageable. I was impressed with their commitment to providing clear direction, making my adjustment to the remote internship environment easier. A vital element of a remote work setup is the opportunity to interact with teammates through the virtual office. Engaging in various projects throughout the internship enhanced my skills, particularly in creative thinking, problem-solving, and developing my communication abilities. The supportive work environment I experienced during this remote internship has been vital to my professional growth.

In my tenure at Abhyaz, I have received a comprehensive and enriching experience.
