Hi everyone, I am Siddharth currently pursuing my MBA. I interned with Abhyaz as an HR Recruitment Specialist Intern from 18th December, 2024 to 18th January,2024.

Working Experience

From day one, the Abhyaz HR team welcomed me with open arms, fostering an environment that thrived on collaboration and shared success. Working alongside seasoned professionals who were always ready to lend a helping hand made navigating the intricacies of HR much more manageable. Having mentors who are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in my growth made a world of difference. Their guidance provided valuable insights into the intricacies of HR practices, bridging the gap between theoretical concepts and their practical applications.

One of the highlights of my internship was the hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools Abhyaz leverages Zoho for seamless workflow management and Moodle for comprehensive learning and development initiatives. My role as an HR intern involved working closely with cross-functional departments, providing me with a holistic view of the organization's operations. Engaging with colleagues from various backgrounds not only expanded my professional network but also broadened my understanding of how HR intersects with different facets of the business.
