Internship at Abhyaz from MTAB Technology Centre as a Data Analyst

My internship journey as a Data Analyst at Abhyaz has been an incredibly rewarding and transformative experience. I joined in the CRM Operations team. Our primary work was Data Collection, Data Cleaning and Uploading the contacts to Zoho CRM. 

The experience I gained from Abhyaz was a remarkable one which allowed me to apply my academic knowledge, develop crucial skills, and gained valuable insights in the world of data. In this blog, I would like share my internship experience and express my gratitude to the wonderful team at Abhyaz.

During my time at Abhyaz, I was fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects that allowed me to enhance my data analysis skills significantly. From collecting, Cleaning the dataset and uploading into the Zoho CRM, I was exposed to various aspects of data handling. The task and tools which I worked on are as follows:

• Data Collection: Collecting the data using Kendo website and saving the data in Excel.
• Data Cleaning: Checking on the given data in Excel and cleaning the data using Python Code in Anaconda Jupiter Notebook.
• Zoho Forms: Creating a structured Zoho Forms.

The hands-on experience enabled me to refine my proficiency in the following:

• Programming languages such as Python, as well as data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• AI tools such as Kendo, Skrapp.io, Leadleaper etc.
• Zoho Platforms such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Forms.

The collaborative nature of Abhyaz's work culture was instrumental in my growth as a data analyst. I had the privilege of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business strategists. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also broadened my understanding of how data analysis fits into the larger picture of business decision-making.

One of the most satisfying aspects of my internship was witnessing the real-world impact of my data analyses. Whether it was optimizing marketing campaigns based on customer behavior trends or identifying operational inefficiencies through data-driven insights, I could tangibly see how my work influenced strategic decisions. This connection between data analysis and real outcomes motivated me to push my boundaries and deliver the best results.

Abhyaz truly values mentorship, and I was lucky to have supportive mentors who guided me throughout my internship. Their expertise and willingness to share their knowledge not only accelerated my learning but also inspired me to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Regular feedback sessions helped me identify areas for improvement and allowed me to tailor my learning trajectory accordingly.

Throughout the internship, I encountered a range of challenges that tested my analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. From dealing with messy datasets to addressing unexpected analytical roadblocks, each hurdle taught me resilience and adaptability. Overcoming these challenges not only boosted my confidence but also equipped me with invaluable skills that I can carry forward in my career.

My internship experience at Abhyaz as a Data Analyst has been an unforgettable journey of learning, growth, and personal development. The exposure to real-world projects, collaborative work culture, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's operations have collectively shaped me into a more capable and confident data analyst. As I reflect on this experience, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities I've had and the skills I've gained, which I'm excited to leverage as I embark on the next phase of my professional journey.
