Hey there, this is Mukeshwaran, and I recently completed a one-month internship as a Finance Intern at Abhyaz. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm excited to share my experiences with you.
Internship Experience:
From day one, I was welcomed into this organization with open arms. The support and guidance I received from my mentors and colleagues were invaluable. Despite the internship being in remote mode, the virtual office environment gave me a taste of what it's like to work in a real office.
Task Details:
During my internship, my main task was working on an exciting project called the "ETFM Use Case Diagram." This project was a unique opportunity for me to apply my finance knowledge and contribute to Abhyaz's goals.
The ETFM Use Case Diagram involved mapping out the processes and interactions in a clear and comprehensive way. This diagram is crucial for understanding how ETFs function and for making informed financial decisions. I collaborated with a talented team of professionals to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of this diagram.
In addition to my work on the ETFM Use Case Diagram, I had the chance to delve into various finance-related tasks. This included financial analysis, data interpretation, and financial modeling. Each day presented new challenges and learning opportunities, and I'm proud to say that I've grown both professionally and personally during this internship.About ETFM:
Enterprise Transformation for Finance and Accounting Management (ETFM) is a strategic approach aimed at optimizing financial processes within organizations. It encompasses digital transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial and accounting operations.
Tools Used:
I also had the opportunity to leverage various tools to enhance my work during the internship. One notable tool that played a significant role in my tasks was Canva. This versatile graphic design platform allowed me to create visually engaging presentations and diagrams, adding an extra layer of professionalism to my work. Canva became an invaluable asset in conveying complex financial concepts in a visually appealing and understandable way, ultimately contributing to the success of the ETFM Use Case Diagram project.
Conclusion:
Overall, my time at Abhyaz as a Finance Intern has been transformative. It has not only enhanced my technical skills but has also helped me become a more effective communicator and problem solver.
