Introduction:
Hello everyone! I am Usha Rani Panigrahi and I worked as a graphic designing intern at Abhyaz. This internship was a great and fulfilling experience in itself. It was a 6-month internship for graphic designing and I worked in the content development department.
Internship Experience:
This internship allowed me to refine my skills as a graphic designer. There were collaborative reviews and discussions on the projects for a better understanding of it and to enhance the outcome of the project. The work environment was very interactive and collaborative. While guidance and feedback were readily available. This freedom allowed me to explore my designing style and idea, pushing me to think outside the box and develop creative projects. I got to work on several projects while being in the internship. I had hands-on experience At Abhyaz, I had worked on multiple tasks with short deadlines, which had helped me improve my time management skills, staying organized and being goal oriented, improved my ability to do and most importantly to seek help when needed.

Here I got a chance to make a poster for the Zoho implementation of tools and services wherein I used various creative elements and content to make the poster convincing and eye-catching.
Yet again this was another amazing project where I got to use a tool from Zoho, called ZohoShow which is used for making PPTS. I made PPT for one of the ongoing projects i.e., ZOHO Implementation, Enterprise Transformation, Manufacturing for the Next Gen, Digital Transformation of Talent Lifecycle Management, Concept Presentation in Digital Transformation, Remote Internship Program at Abhyaz, Project Based Learning Infrastructure. There was diverse use of creatives, content, etc. throughout. This helped me immensely in my PowerPoint-making skills.Infographics making:
Here I got to make an Infographics for the company’s Skillon365 project, Abhyaz Project, CNCTrain Project. Filled with Plenty of different elements, creatives, images, it challenged me to get better with graphics. There was a consistent style throughout giving it a professional tone.
Brochure Flyer making:
Here I got to make a brochure flyer design for the company’s Abhyaz project. Filled with Plenty of different elements, creatives, images, it challenged me to get better with graphics. There was a consistent style throughout giving it a professional tone.
Tools Used:
The tool that I used was Canva and ZOHOSHOW for creating my work. It is a user-friendly tool. It makes things easy and fast to be done. You can find all the things that you want to use for completing the work there like a variety of fonts, font styles, elements, etc. Features like adding motion to the elements, texts or slides transformation is available in Canva. This tool helps you transform your ideas and thoughts into a visual representation. It is amazing tool to make presentation.
Work Environment:
The work environment is positive and comfortable. As it is a remote internship, the virtual office helps a lot in interacting with the team members.
Working on the projects helped me enhance my skills - creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, etc.Conclusion:
I want to thank Abhyaz for providing me with a great opportunity to experience the workflow of the industry. My skills improved a lot through this program. I am grateful for all the guidance my mentors provided to me. It was a great experience.
