Hi, myself Rohit Pradhan and I worked as a Video/Audio intern at Abhyaz for 3 months, it was my first experience as a Video/Audio intern in any company. I am a keen learner and I learned alot about how a company works and many more other strategies and tools throughout my journey as an intern here. I’ve also had an opportunity to work on a variety of projects for a variety of clients.
Onboarding Process
The Onboarding Process of interns at Abhyaz is hassle free and seamless. There’s no waste of time and everything is handled and well maintained by the hr team with great sincerity and patience. The onboarding process is arranged by the Talent Operations Team and they always make sure that the interns are very much clear about the working of the platform and their respective departments. They were keen to help interns with any problems faced by them.
Tasks
As soon as I entered my department I was assigned with a new project of Abhyaz. I was Assigned to design a logo on SKILLON365 considering my past records by my mentor. During the process I got a chance to discuss about the project with company’s stakeholders. It was a great moment of privilage for me as it really helped me improve my leadership, communication, team-management and many more skills that will help me throughout my career.
I got a chance to work on a series of other tasks and projects as well during the journey starting with logo designing, video editing, visiting card designing, letterhead designing, presentation, brochures and many more.Mentors
My mentors played a crucial role in shaping my internship journey. Their willingness to invest time and effort in my development created a nurturing environment, allowing me to gain confidence, put my ideas with freedom and make a meaningful contribution to the team.
