Hello everyone I am Babu Pusan Dasgupta, and I recently had the privilege of embarking on a one-month internship journey with Abhyaz. I joined this dynamic organization on September 16, 2023, as an operations intern, and today I'm excited to share my incredible experience.
Learning Experience:
My internship at Abhyaz was a flurry of growth and learning from the very beginning. The outstanding assistance and direction I got from the entire team was one of the highlights of this adventure. I can't express enough how important they were in forming my experience. My mentor, Mr. Krishnakumar Thangamani, is one name that stands out throughout my experience, though. He went above and beyond to help me in every facet of my role. He was more than simply a mentor; he was a true guide.
The advice Krishnakumar sir gave was quite helpful. He gently guided me in understanding the details of producing solutions that were not only efficient but also in line with Abhyaz's exacting expectations. The fact that he was willing to share his knowledge stuck out the most. He spent the necessary time making sure I understood every detail of the CRM process, but Mr. Thangamani wasn't the only one who made my internship special; the entire Abhyaz team, all my fellow colleagues, and other mentors demonstrated that they could work well together and encourage one another. They were constantly willing to help out or provide their knowledge, and their friendship produced a welcoming learning environment that was difficult to ignore.Work done:
Following up with potential clients and creating terms and clauses for consultant product and service renewals were some of my duties as an operations intern. I gained more knowledge than I could have expected from these tasks and also learned to work on Zoho CRM, which allowed me to gain practical experience in the field of operations. Working on these projects and collaborating with professionals in the field greatly improved my skill set and widened my knowledge base.
Throughout my one-month internship at Abhyaz, I learned a great deal. The hands-on experience, the guidance of my mentor, and the support of my colleagues all contributed to my professional growth. I gained not only practical skills but also a deeper understanding of how a successful organization like Abhyaz operates. This experience has undoubtedly helped me become a more confident and skilled professional.Conclusion:
