Good day, everyone! My name is Insia Hussain, and I am currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration. I am extremely grateful to Abhyaz for providing me with the opportunity to work remotely as an Operations Executive intern for a period of three months.
Exploring Zoho Applications:
During my internship, I had the privilege of working with various Zoho applications like CRM, Desk, Forms, and Survey. Through hands-on experience and guidance from the team at Abhyaz, I acquired practical skills and a deep understanding of how these applications can optimize organizational efficiency. Abhyaz embraced technology to establish an efficient and team-oriented virtual workplace, or "virtual office”, that allowed us to communicate, work together, and contribute efficiently from any location.
Supportive Mentorship:
Throughout my internship, Krishnakumar Sir, Chetan Sir, and Keerthy Ma'am served as my mentors, providing invaluable guidance and support. Despite the remote setting, they were readily available to address my queries and concerns. Their mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping my understanding of operations management and honing my skills. Their wealth of knowledge and experience served as a constant source of inspiration, enabling me to overcome challenges and excel in my role as an Operations Executive.
Continuous Learning and Skill Development:
The remote internship experience at Abhyaz proved that learning knows no boundaries.
From analyzing data to devising operational strategies in CRM, each task encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving. Peer to peer grading and regular team review sessions provided a forum for open discourse and constructive feedback. It fostered independence and self-motivation, allowing me to take ownership of my work and deliver results in a virtual setting.
Conclusion:
My remote internship experience at Abhyaz as an Operations Executive was an enriching and transformative journey. It surpassed all my expectations and has undoubtedly shaped my future endeavors.
