Looking back at my four-month internship as a Data Analyst at Abhyaz, I feel proud and grateful for the invaluable experience. This journey not only honed my technical skills but also helped me gain confidence in applying data analytics to solve business problems. Every challenge I faced contributed to my personal and professional growth, shaping me into a more capable data analyst.
Making Data Useful: Turning Raw Data into Insights
One of the key responsibilities during my internship was working with data — cleaning, organizing, and transforming it into meaningful insights. I learned how to collect, clean, and validate data using Zoho Desk and Zoho CRM. By creating dashboards and reports, I helped businesses visualize their data, making it easier to spot trends and make data-driven decisions.
Organizing Customer Information in Zoho CRM
A well-maintained customer database plays a crucial role in business success. I worked on Account, Contact, and Product Mapping and Contacts Data Enriching in Zoho CRM. This task taught me how to structure customer information accurately, making it easier for teams to access relevant data and improve customer relationship management.
Learning Zoho Tools and Automating Data Work
One of the most exciting aspects of the internship was getting hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. I learned how to automate data reports, streamline workflows, and make data more accessible. Automation not only simplified repetitive tasks but also improved the overall efficiency of business processes.
