Internship Experience
My internship at Abhyaz was a whirlwind of learning and growth. From day one, I was immersed in a dynamic environment filled with opportunities to explore diverse facets of data analytics. Equipped with tools like Zoho Recruit,Zoho CRM and Zoho Workdrive, I tackled projects that sharpened both my technical and problem-solving skills.
Projects Worked On
- Recruit data cleaning:To optimize storage within the Candidate Module in Zoho Recruit by manually checking each candidate profile in specific views and deleting unnecessary attachments (resumes, offers letters ) as needed.
- Account & Contact mapping:To import Accounts into the CRM system to ensure all relevant account information is available for management, sales, and support activities.
- Potential Data enrichment:To clean, enhance, and convert candidate leads identified from chart insights within the Lead module of Zoho CRM. This ensures high-quality data to improve sales targeting, conversion rates, and overall CRM efficiency.
- Product adding:To add products from potentials description to the potential module of Zoho CRM. This ensures high-quality data to improve sales targeting, conversion rates, and overall CRM efficiency.
Skill Development and Learning
