Roles and Responsibilities
During my tenure at Abhyaz, I worked on multiple data-driven projects that required precision and analytical thinking. My responsibilities included enriching account data for better insights, gathering and organizing data for streamlined CRM operations, ensuring data security through CRM dashboard backups, refining and updating product listings, optimizing lead and product modules, structuring campaign contact lists, building induction and orientation feedback surveys, organizing recruitment data, customizing lead layouts for improved usability, and refining helpdesk information to streamline customer support.

My internship at Abhyaz provided me with hands-on experience with multiple Zoho tools, which were integral to my daily tasks and responsibilities:
