Four Months at Abhyaz: A Journey of Learning, Growth, and Mastery
Reflecting on my four-month internship journey at Abhyaz, I am overwhelmed with a sense of achievement and gratitude. As a Data Analyst intern, I had the opportunity to dive deep into tasks that not only enhanced my technical skills but also gave me valuable insights into real-world problem-solving. These months have been transformative, providing me with a solid foundation to excel in my professional career. Let me take you through the highlights of this enriching experience!
Harnessing Zoho Tools for Data Organization
As a Data Analyst intern, my primary role was to work with data, ensuring it was clean, accurate, and actionable. My responsibilities included data cleaning, mining, deduplication, and survey buildup across Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Recruit, Desk, and Survey. I also had the opportunity to design insightful dashboards and reports, providing key stakeholders with valuable insights for decision-making.
One of my most memorable contributions was in creating employee survey form using the Zoho survey tool. In this task I got opportunity to enhance my hand on skills on the tool. Here I was responsible for creating well-designed employee survey form using Zoho Survey. The form collects employee feedback through diverse question types such as Yes/No, multiple-choice, and scale-based questions. The survey ensures ease of use for employees while capturing actionable data for decision-making and organizational improvement.
Insights Through Analysis
Analyzing the data in Zoho Desk was another crucial aspect of my role. By examining the ticket trends and identifying the root causes of incomplete records, I gained a deeper understanding of the workflow dynamics within different departments. This experience showcased the power of data-driven decision-making in enhancing efficiency and fostering accountability.
Collaboration and Teamwork
One of the most fulfilling aspects of my internship was working alongside a talented and supportive team. From brainstorming solutions to learning from each other’s expertise, the collaborative environment at Abhyaz made every challenge feel like a shared goal.
