The Heart of Recruitment: From Sourcing to Selection
As a Senior HR Recruiter Specialist, my core responsibility was to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. From gathering resource requirements to sourcing candidates and conducting interviews, I was deeply involved in every stage of recruitment.What truly set my experience apart was my role in conducting live support sessions and evaluation assessments. These sessions provided candidates with essential insights into the recruitment process, and the evaluations helped us identify the best talent for Abhyaz. Being a part of the selection process, seeing candidates excel, and guiding them toward success was truly rewarding.
A Deep Dive into Zoho People Implementation
Beyond recruitment, I had the exciting opportunity to contribute to the Zoho People project implementation. My role focused on documenting workflows and system configurations to streamline HR processes. Although the project was in the planning and documentation phase during my time, it gave me valuable exposure to how HR technology enhances efficiency and productivity across an organization. This was a major highlight of my journey, combining HR and technology in a seamless workflow.
Mastering the Zoho Suite: Tools for Success
During my time at Abhyaz, I worked extensively with a range of Zoho tools including Zoho Recruit, Desk, SalesIQ, Campaigns, and Social. These tools enabled me to improve processes, enhance communication, and optimize workflows across recruitment and operations. With each tool, I learned how to automate tasks, streamline processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of our HR functions.
Leveraging Virtual Platforms: MoodleCloud and BigBlueButton
With the growing importance of remote work, my experience with MoodleCloud and BigBlueButton was invaluable. These platforms provided us with the tools to conduct seamless virtual training sessions and engage in effective communication with team members and candidates. It was a perfect example of how technology can bridge the gap in a remote working environment and enhance team collaboration.
