Introduction:
As a digital marketing intern at Abhyaz, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a dynamic, experienced team of professionals. I was fortunate to work on a range of projects and tasks that allowed me to expand my knowledge and skills in digital marketing.
One of my primary responsibilities was designing eye-catching posters on Canva. I was given creative freedom to design posters for various events and client requirements. Additionally, I was responsible for handling social media accounts of Abhyaz through Zoho Social. This included managing posts, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring engagement. I actively worked on increasing the organic reach of social media handles, which gave me a deeper understanding of the importance of social media marketing in today's digital world.
Opportunities:
I also had the opportunity to analyze and review the website structure and designs for SEO issues. This was a great learning experience for me as it allowed me to understand the importance of website structure and design in SEO. As a result of my analysis, I worked on content development for brochures, banners, presentations, websites, and other collaterals in the organization. It was a great opportunity for me to guide web developers and graphic designers with content ideas and execution.
One of the most exciting projects I worked on was developing a product launch strategy and procedure. I learned the importance of planning, execution, and monitoring when launching a product on the market. In addition, I worked on collateral indexing in the organization's work drive, which gave me an understanding of the importance of organization and the optimization of data.
Career Insights:
During my internship, I also got the chance to implement skills and knowledge about digital marketing. This was a great opportunity to apply my learning in practical settings with real clients. I received team reviews of assigned and done work from mentors like Trapti Singh and peers from different streams. One of the most exciting parts of my internship was getting the opportunity to interact with the company's CEO, Sashi Sairaman, who provided valuable insights and constructive feedback on my work.
