The Birth of MTAB Technology Center (MTC)
Introduction:
Digital Transformation and Technological Innovation were the hot topics in 2008. Industry experts believe that these elements will be the future trend of the global marketplace. Equipping Talent and skill will be a key element that plays a crucial role in the future market. For that we have to educate and train our current generation to empower for the future skill set. Many technology education providers come up with different ideas. But MTC is not one such. It always had unique approaches and strategies to stand out from the crowd.
Now we are going to see the Journey of MTC (MTAB Technology Center) with its simple start in Education to a Revolutionized Learning as Abhyaz, from its Early Years to the Enterprise Transformation. Be with us throughout this four-part story series.
MTC's Origin:
In the year of 2008, MTC launched with a vision of becoming the best training solutions provider in the domain of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies(AMT), a venture emerged from the roots of MTAB Engineers. Training faculty & Students to bridge the gap between industry requirements and skill sets was the objective on its origin. While in its early years, MTC's primary focus is to be a beacon of knowledge, a training solutions provider enhancing the students in the CNC, Robotics, Automation and Industry 4.0. Its mission was to empower both Faculty and Students with the latest technology and advancements in AMT and modifying the education process for the future trend in Manufacturing Industry.
Powerful Learning Platform:
Initially, MTC set up multiple training centers and labs to train students and industry personnel with the help of excellent trainers, advanced software and hardware, creating an environment to learn. Even-though at first its Classroom based education, soon MTC recognized the potential of Digital Education. In consequence, MTC ventured into the development of E-Learning content, making a digital library filled with a wealth of knowledge and Learning Management Systems to train, develop and assess the learner. They saw the need for digital content and its ability to support the trainer to deliver skills.
Introducing self paced learning, learners gained the freedom to access resources and courses at their convenience and integrated this knowledge into developing applied skills with hardware and software under the guidance of the trainer. The Learning management system assesses and tracks the progress of a learner. Shifting from paper based to digital was not an easy thing for MTC but still it managed to adapt every way to make the learners to explore AMT with more flexible, accessible and efficient learning experience.
The next goal of MTC is to establish more CoE's to shape the future and enhance the skill set of the learners to make them ready for Industry 4.0..! Will catch up MTC's journey towards Setting Up CoE's in our next story.
