Introduction
Hi,This is Dhiwakar Sridharan. I was System Administrator Intern at Abhyaz for past Three months. I am glad to be part of this organization . This is my first internship the experience and learning here is totally different as they provide hands-on experience allowed me to apply the theoretical knowledge gained in the virtual office to real-world scenarios. I was entrusted with tasks that helps Interns to understand the industrial environmen.I as an System Administrator use to work on Zoho and moodle cloud , I had done many tasks like cloud maintenance and remodeling of learning management system that helps Abhyaz productivity. After that we use to backup every courses of our learning management system . We also allow user permission both in moodle as well as in zoho applications such as zoho workdrives .

Each tool, including Docs, ZohoShow, and Lumi, was crucial in helping me create my work. Although initially, I had difficulty grasping their complexities, I found these tools extremely easy to use as my knowledge grew. These platforms offer a comprehensive array of resources, including a wide range of fonts, styles, and elements, facilitating the completion of work with ease. These platforms streamlined processes, making tasks efficient and fast to complete. Overall, these tools serve as a transformative force, allowing ideas and thoughts to be transformed seamlessly into compelling visual representations.
Work Environment:
There is a positive and comfortable work environment at Abhyaz. Navigating the complexity of a virtual office initially seemed challenging, but the guidance provided by mentors and seniors made it much more manageable. Engaging in various projects throughout the internship enhanced my skills, particularly in creative thinking, problem-solving, and developing my communication abilities. The supportive work environment I experienced during this remote internship has been vital to my professional growth.
Conclusion:
I am happy to report that as a system administrator at Abhyaz it gave me chance to work on live projects, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions under the guidance of experienced system administrators. .My work included maintaining Moodle Cloud infrastructure and Remodeling of Learning management System. I also served as an intern lead to train the upcoming interns Woking at Abhyaz not only help to improve my communication and technical skills but also helped me to grow as a better person.
