Introduction:
Hello, it’s Bhumika Bhor and I was a Graphic Designing intern at Abhyaz. I am writing this blog to introduce Abhyaz's internship experience and how eager I was to contribute my skills and enthusiasm to a dynamic team that values innovation, support, and growth. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that, I would be giving the reader an insight from a Graphic Designer’s perspective.
Experience:
This was my first internship experience at Abhyaz. I was assigned tasks which I will get into further detail soon. Completing tasks as a group led by a mentor was a unique experience for me. I got to work on a lot of work related to my work and around it which helped to broaden my horizon. Attending the meeting, getting live feedback, or live project discussions/upgrades is an experience worth encountering. Throughout my internship experience, I fostered a truly positive and compassionate learning environment, through the support and mentorship of my cooperating mentors and team members.
Tasks:
These were the tasks I was assigned, Most related to graphic designing.
Presentation: I was assigned to work on a presentation for a project.
Post Making: worked on posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Survey Questions: This was an unfamiliar task for me, but nevertheless gave me an insight into the customer's wants.
Banner: Created a banner for a project.
Personal Growth:
Commercial Understanding, Self Esteem and Confidence, Skill Development, and Time Management. All of these were the qualities I developed during my internship. Another important challenge for me was to improve my interpersonal skills by challenging myself to speak at each team meeting or to make at least one presentation to a group during my internship. Through the application of time management, organization, discipline, and consistent practice, my Graphic Designing skills improved. My development both managing the daily processes within the virtual meeting and planning and delivering effective projects and daily tasks directly affected the designing gains of my knowledge.
