Discovering the Zoho Tools

Hi, I am Aruna.

In February 2024, I started a virtual internship as an HR Executive at Abhyaz. As someone new to Zoho tools, I was excited to learn about them.

During my internship from February to July 2024, I got to use Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Sign. These tools helped me a lot in my HR work.

A Great Team and Valuable Experiences

The Abhyaz team was very supportive and guided me throughout the internship. They made sure I understood all aspects of HR, from hiring to employee management.

Working on projects and with other interns gave me valuable experiences. I learned a lot, from mastering Zoho tools to contributing to decision-making.

My Learnings

One of the most valuable aspects of my internship was the hands on experience gained from the first day itself. This internship has been amazing. I not only became an expert in Zoho tools, but also learned the importance of adaptability, teamwork, and effective communication in HR.

I now have a deeper understanding of creating a positive and productive work environment. This experience has made me more confident in the HR field.
